Daienshu 2025 registration

11th–14th April 2025

Theme: Ma

The theme for the Daienshu (and for the whole of 2025) is Ma 間  (Space, timing, distance). Our Daienshu (big gathering) will continue to develop this theme.

To register for the event, please fill in the form and pay a deposit.

 

Fees:

Gasshuku fee: £450

BS members’ discount: -£30

Early-bird discount: -£30

 

So,BS member early-bird rate: £390. (This is the rate most people pay)

This includes 3 nights, at least 5 meals and 6 keiko of at least 2 and 1/2  hours.

    Exam Registration Form

    Exams may be available at this event up to Shodan / Graduate level. This will depend on their being sufficient demand for exams.

    I would be interested in taking an exam in the following subjects:

    Please state the level aimed at for each exam

    For each subject, please give your current level and date of the last exam

    You will be notified whether exams are going ahead or not by early March.

    Deposit payment

    I will pay the £140 deposit by:

    NB1: BACS preferred unless you are based overseas

    NB2: Please quote the reference BS Daienshu 25 (or similar) if possible

    NB3: Please post cheque to British Shintaido, 234 Peppard Rd, Reading, RG4 8UA

    NB4: On request, BACS could be done to a French Bank account. Please ask for details
