Shintaido Kenjutsu

The current series of classes is focussed on shintaido kenjutsu. The class is suitable for beginners and includes a combination of kenjustu kata, kihon and kumite practice. It’s a good idea to bring a suitable bokken (curved wooden sword) if you have one. Advanced students may also consider bringing an iaito (dull, metal sword) to practice drawing and sheathing.
